Jap Sam Books at Frankfurter Buchmesse 2022 19.10-23.10
The Frankfurter Buchmesse 2022 takes place from October 19th to October 23rd, so the fair is in full swing as we speak. Jap Sam Books is of course present, you can find us in hall 3.1, booth J139!
This year it is 20 years exactly that Eleonoor Jap Sam is working as an independent publisher. The first 7 years as co-founder of episode publishers and the last 13 as founder, publisher, and editor of Jap Sam Books. This year also marks the 20th year she is present at the Frankfurter Buchmesse. Jap Sam Books was even attending during the pandemic years. It's good to see so many colleagues and partners in the industry rejoining this year at the fair, and great to see the interest in books on art, architecture, design, visual culture and theory.

The Frankfurter Buchmesse is the largest book fair in the world and attracts exhibitors and visitors from all over the globe.
This years edition will focus on the topic of translation in its many facets: into other languages, forms of media and contexts – and as a requirement for cross-cultural understanding and communication.
