March 13th-17th, a week full of book fairs: Jap Sam Books will attend WIELS Art Book Fair Brussels (B), with a reading video performance by Marie Ilse Bourlanges (Mother's Milk), a reading video by Elena Khurtova (Displace), Jesse Presse will represent us at the pop-up book market at the Book Week at Volkshotel in Amsterdam, and you can find a selection of our publications at AnArchi Book Market in Eindhoven!

The past month we celebrated the launch of two special limited edition artist books, Displace and Mother's Milk. We also had two great book events of the earlier launched publications The Civic Empowerment Toolbox and RAABJERG. Rune Peitersen. In this post we look back on these events through images.

Wednesday October 26th Ruta Butkute and Emliy Kocken will present a reading video performance of their publication How To Make Sculpture Move followed by a Q&A with the authors.

It is time for the third and last fragment of the video readings from the publication Every Day Until Antwerp! In this series, Jacqueline Schoemaker takes the viewer with her on her journey to Antwerp through fragments from the book.

Marcel Pinas (Suriname 1971) transformed Club Solo into a collective work studio where the artist will build an interactive installation together with those who are interested. His earlier installation Kibii Wi Koni (Protect our knowledge) consists of several thousand bottles wrapped with pangi fabric. At Club Solo, this work will be dismantled: participants will rearrange the pieces of pangi fabric into a new work title Goontapu.
