CON ANIMA by artist Hans van der Ham

Currently we are working on the first monograph, CON ANIMA, by Dutch artist Hans van der Ham, which will be published by Jap Sam Books and designed by PutGootink.

In a few weeks over a 100 publishers and makers from the Netherlands and Belgium will present their unique books and other special objects and prints at DRUK in Paradiso. 

One week from now, Eleonoor and Erik will be getting ready to welcome all of the visitors at the Offprint Paris art book fair! We welcome you to visit our table to take a look at all of our latest publications, as well as a selection of our backlog.

Tomorrow, June 11th the new publication by Babs Haenen will be released in Basel! We are looking forward to this event during Design Miami and Art Basel, organized by Archivorum ic/w Jap Sam Books.

From tomorrow on a series of art book fairs will take place all over Europe, which we will attend. Physically as well as digitally and through our publications, so where ever you are you will be able to participate!

Tuesday evening 26 March 2024 at 7pm, BNI will organise a unique symposium entitled "Drawn to Drawing" at Nieuwe Instituut in Rotterdam. During this event, the importance of drawing for (interior) architects will be highlighted, inspired by BNI's NOOK Architectural Drawing and the book The Joy of Daily Drawing by architect Bob Custers, published by Jap Sam Books.

One of our latest publications [UN]FINISHED: Atlas of Athens' Incomplete Buildings - A Story of Hidden Antimonuments will be presented during the first edition of Omnibus, a new series of book events at the Nieuwe Instituut in Rotterdam. In each edition, presentation and talk will highlight two new publications. We are excited to be part of this evening!

A Future Perspective on Play in Society by Ben Schouten and Menno Deen, Pakhuis de Zwijger in Amsterdam organizes an evening to engage in conversation and playful interaction with various designers and researchers about how our gaming culture has changed since the digital revolution of the past 50 years.
